The Transferor and the Transferee of the flag have to submit documents in the prescribed forms as written up in the byelaws of the Society eg Consent of Transferor and Transferee, Application by the purchaser, undertaking by the Transferee about the usage of Flat, copy of the Index 2, and a copy of the registered purchase agreement.
