Illegal construction in there flat

then what should the chairman do? If that person is the society secretary
then against whom should the action be taken and what should be done?
If some members are doing illegal construction, extending dry balcony, send
letters to the concerned members to stop such activities immediately. If the
activities are not stopped, file complaints with the local bodies/municipal
authorities asking them to take action.
