Construction in MIDC AREA
Que.Our society is situated at MIDC leases land. Currently, the builder has formed a condominium of Apartment. Now society members are in process of forming CHS. Recently due to metro project FSI has been increased in our area. Who will get ownership of land (since its Leased one)? Who can use FSI? (Builder has phase 2 project plan near our existing project)
The ownership of land will always remain with the MIDC. Agreement between the Builder and MIDC will decide usage of FSI/additional FSI.
